We offer the standard delivery shipment for every orders, if you need express delivery, please select it at the checkout page. Express delivery fees are at the customer charges and will be shown at checkout.
Our payments are operated with Stripe, most credit/debit cards should be supported. We recommend using either of the following: Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
On compatible devices, Apple Pay is also available.
For supported currencies, Alipay is available.
Estimated delivery time will be shown on the checkout page. If you are ordering to an adress in Europe, shipment is expeted to be sent from France. If you are ordering from anywhere else, we shall ship from our Hong Kong logistic center.
All the payments related data are handled and secured by our partner Stripe, we do not have access to any of your payments details.
Our online shop is always using encrypted connexion to secure your account.
You should receive a welcome email at the account creation with a password.
Once you complete the order, we will review it and confirm it. You’ll received an email notification when your order is confirmed and ready to ship.
You shall receive an invoice email once your order is confirmed. If you require other documents or informations, please contact us.
We ship to all countries on the basis of “delivery with unpaid customs duties”. This means that the recipient will be responsible for all sales taxes or import duties that may apply locally to the purchase.
On the checkout page, you’ll see an estimated tax and duty amount, note that this is only for information only and this data could be inacurate.
