Once you complete the order, you will receive a welcome email.
We promise to send your order within 2 working days (Doesn’t include Hong Kong public holidays)
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
We offer the standard delivery shipment for free for every orders, if you need express delivery, please select the option at checkout.
Our payments are operated with Stripe, most credit/debit cards should be supported. We recommend using either of the following: Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
On compatible devices, Apple Pay is also available.
For supported currencies, Alipay is available.
Your delivery should usually arrive within 1 to 10 days depending on your location.
With the express shipping your order should arrive in less than 6 days.
Note that we will send you the tracking information once your order is confirmed.
The watches will be shipped from our Hong Kong logistic center.
All the payments related data are handled and secured by our partner Stripe, we do not have access to any of your payments details.
Our online shop is always using encrypted connexion to secure your account.
You shall receive an invoice email once your order is confirmed. If you require other documents or informations, please contact us.
We ship to all countries on the basis of “delivery with unpaid customs duties”. This means that the recipient will be responsible for all sales taxes or import duties that may apply locally to the purchase.
